Shipping Policy

Everything ships from Portland, Oregon. Here's how and when your order gets to you and your cat.

Processing time
We're a small operation, so orders are packed by hand. Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. During new Drop releases or busy periods it may take a little longer — if there's a delay, we'll email you.

Shipping rates and delivery
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer Standard shipping ($8.00, 3–5 business days) and Express shipping ($15.00, 1–2 business days). Standard shipping is free on orders of $40.00 or more. Our cardboard houses are larger, but ship at these same flat rates — the cost shown at checkout is the cost, never a surprise after.

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Delays and carrier issues
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once your package is with the carrier, delays from weather, holidays, or the carrier itself are outside our control. If tracking stalls or something looks wrong, email hello@highwhiskers.com and we'll help chase it down.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, contact hello@highwhiskers.com within 7 days with your order number (and a photo for damage). We'll make it right.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute or refund orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll always try to help.
